Terms and conditions

This agreement is entered between our clients and Styles Car Wash & Detail LLC.

Preparation prior to the appointment policy: Prior to our arrival we request that all personal property be removed from your vehicle. Please remove all of your personal property from the interior including cargo area of your trunk, under seats and center console.

 Work order & vehicle condition report: upon arrival/ after finishing the service we will need a few moments. So that we could go over what is covered in the service and get your approval on the work order. As well as to give you the condition report of how we found your vehicle previous to our service

 Service price change policy: The majority of the vehicles we service pay the advertising price, but all vehicles are subject to inspection prior to starting the service. We do this to identify areas that may need extra work that is not covered by the advertised price. We have an optional fee for dog hair removal, heavily soiled carpet, muddy exterior, heavy desert sand on interior, etc.

 Service time: please note our service times are only an estimate each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the service.

Contractor policy: we reserve the right to use any independent contractor to undertake the service we are providing. We may need to change the detail or add short notice at times.

Inclement weather cancellation policy: it is very hard to predict inclement weather. But in the event of inclement weather under 36°F or temperatures warmer than 90° F Styles will not be working to ensure the safety of our staff

24 hour cancellation policy:

As Styles Car Wash and detail we understand that certain emergencies may happen. We are asking that you give us 24 hours notice of your cancellation. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a minimum charge of $40 or 25% of the service cost whichever is higher.

Wait time: Styles Car Wash and Detail will not wait any longer than 20 minutes for a service. Failure to be present at home or location of service will result in $40 charge or 25% of service which ever is higher.
